Speak to a Consultant.png

The first step is to get connected and speak to one of our skilled consultants on your goals, budget, financial status, regional interest and personal investment plan. This will help us assess the best way to move forward to suite your individual investment needs. 

Register Interest.png

Next you will register your interest in a property we have on offer by completing one of our Registration of Interest applications. You'll be asked the purchasing entity, your chosen broker and solicitor as well as personal and contact details.

You'll need to read and sign documents such as land and build contracts, scheduling documents and other contracts issued by the builder to start the process of being approved for your build.

In your Expression of Interest form, you will have been asked to disclose your chosen Broker and Solicitor. If you are unsure about who to turn to, PPA can recommend an experienced Broker or Solicitor we work with closely, who can help manage your investment.

If you are borrowing to finance your investment, you will need to wait for your request to be approved. If the land you are purchasing is not registered when you formally submit your expression of interest, you will also have to wait until the registration comes into effect. Often times house and land packages provided by PPA will include the date of registration.

Your client co-ordinator and consultant will liaise with the necessary parties to manage your final settlements and approvals from the council for new buildings. This can often be the longest part of the process as council approvals can take anywhere from several weeks to several months. 

Beginning Construction.png

Once all the paperwork has been completed, the first steps towards your build can begin! The area will be marked out by the building and construction company and a concrete foundation poured, called a "slab". During each stage of your build you will be issued with regular written progress reports, photo and video updates from your consultant and client co-ordinator.
